MISSION
To unite the efforts and abilities of international departments of institutions of higher education to resolve organizational, methodological, economic and social issues related to the improvement international cooperation in activities related to education, science, technology, economy and culture.
GOALS
- To promote current and encourage future academic exchange between instituions of higher education.
- To promote the future incremental integration with institutions of higher education in other parts of the world.
LEGISLATIVE BASE
! The Association is a voluntary non-government, non-commercial, social organization operating in accordance with the laws of its members’ countries.
! The Association will, in all respects, conform to international law, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the U.N. General Assembly and will coordinate its efforts with UNESCO, UNIDO, and other international humanitarian organizations.
! Membership in the Association is open to all persons and entities who share its purposes and goals and who agree to conform to the Association’s articles of association.
! The Association’s articles of association govern its activities and provide procedures for joining and resigning from the organization.
FINANCIAL ACTIVITY
! The Association’s membership includes physical and legal entities. The Assocation’s financial support will come from voluntary donations and grants from sponsors, including governments, non-government organizations, firms, companies and private individuals. The Association will provide its sponsors with assistance in the areas of communications, public relations, establishing contacts, organization science consulting, and seminars advancing the education and qualifications of students and specialists.
! The Association will maintain its assets in convertible currencies, and will expend funds solely to advance the goals of organization, to assist international academic exchanges, and to support activities of international departments of association members. The Association envisions establishing a special fund to support joint educational and science programs.
WORKING LANGUAGES OF ASSOCIATION – RUSSIAN, ENGLISH, GERMAN
The Association stands ready to cooperate with any organization that supports the ideas of humanism and progress.
