В 2012 году на кафедре ПМиФП стартовал пилотный проект НИТУ “МИСиС” магистерской школы на английском языке "Multicomponent nanostructured coatings. Nanofilms". В настоящее время по нему обучается группа из 5 человек. В нее входят студенты из Замбии, Ирана, Пакистана, Китая и Франции.
